Thanks for coming out to give me an estimate yesterday. I have to tell you – shopping for a new bay window is not easy. The first guy who came out here was like a used car salesman! Your rep sat down with me and asked me questions – I did most of the talking. After he figured out what I wanted, he gave me a few choices to mull over. I wanted to drop you a note because the experience was so much better than the other two companies I got quotes from. We have not decided what we are going to go with yet – we’ll let you know within a week or two. But I can tell you this – it is not if we are going to choose you all to do this work, it’s which window we are going to order! Thanks a million for running such a professional organization. How is it that you guys can quote the same window as (We deleted the name of the competitor) and have it come in about 15% less expensive? However you do it – thanks. The job was finished this morning and we think the windows look very nice. Thanks.
